The new OPTIMA, a 7mm single-breasted wet suit designed for regular divers in cold and temperate waters. A true Beuchat know-how, the Optima combines technology, comfort and durability.

Ease in the water :

• Anatomically shaped and preformed to ensure an ideal fit, offering outstanding underwater comfort.

• Freedom of movement underwater: Made from Elaskin X.6.2 stretch neoprene and Elaskin X.6.4 (softer) under the arms, it gives divers great freedom of movement underwater.

• Intermediate sizes: The OPTIMA monocoque offers intermediate sizes to best suit the different morphologies of divers for an even more precise fit and greater comfort.

Thermal comfort :

• Available in 7mm neoprene with a bonnet, this wetsuit is designed to provide effective protection against cold temperatures, making your dives comfortable.

• Reduced water ingress: Thanks to the glued and sewn assembly and the innovative Easy Wave system on the cuffs and ankles, this suit offers superior waterproofing. The smooth neoprene bonnet around the face provides effective protection from the cold and minimises water ingress.

Durability :

• Wear resistance:Key areas exposed to wear and tear, such as the buttocks and shoulders, are reinforced with PU and the knees have Supratex reinforcements, ensuring exceptional durability for the most demanding dives.

OPTIMA, an eco-friendly combination:

• An ecological approach: The suit is made from neoprene made from limestone and used rubber, reducing its environmental impact.

What's more, Beuchat uses "Dope Dyed" technology, which ensures an environmentally-friendly colouring process while guaranteeing optimum colour durability.

Dope Dyed technology allows the dye to be added directly to the polymer granules before spinning. Using Dope Dyed reduces water consumption by 35% to 40% compared with conventional colouring, while maintaining optimum colour quality.
