3. Purposes and legal bases of Data processing

We collect and process your Data in order to make our Site available and to provide you with the best possible service.

a. Visiting our Site
You may use the Site without providing any personal information.

When using our Site for purely informational purposes, we do not process any data other than the data transmitted by your browser to enable access to the Site and the information transmitted through cookies for statistical analysis of the use of the Site (see Article 6 below).

Banking data stored by Euro Information is hosted on mirrored and highly secure platforms in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event that your data is transferred outside the EU, Euro Information undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations.
Your Data is retained for the duration strictly necessary for the management of our commercial relationship and, in any event, for a maximum period of three years from your last unanswered contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
However, your credit card number is retained for 13 months following the debit date, or 15 months in the case of deferred debit cards, for the management of complaints. In this case, the data is archived solely for evidentiary purposes in the event of a dispute.
We do not disclose your Data to any third party without your express consent, except those listed in Article 5.
We process your Data to manage your orders on the following legal basis:
- Performance of a contract concluded when you make a purchase.

d. Newsletter subscription
You may subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the relevant section.
