Hi Beuchat!
My name is Stéphane Mifsud, I live in France. Always fascinated by the sea and the oceans, I am 5 times French Freediving Champion and 2 times Freediving World Champion in the pool and at depth. I hold the current Static Apnea world record with a performance of 11 minutes and 35 seconds.
Where does my passion for the sea come from ?
I grew up on Reunion Island where my father introduced me to the sea. This is how my passion for the sea and freediving was born.
My first Beuchat equipment ?
A blue wetsuit, which had belonged to my father and which at the time was too big for me!

My favourite Beuchat equipment are Libeccio Elite carbon fins.
An action for the sea ?
Through the Odyssée Bleue, I offer expeditions, cruises, conferences and training to discover the marine environment and raise awareness as widely as possible of the need to preserve the sea. I work with many actors for the preservation of the environment.
